Radiators

The radiator holds water that is used to cool down the engine. The water pump draws the water out of the radiator and sends it along its way to keep the engine of your Cabrio from overheating. An engine that has overheated can quickly become damaged. The water is then returned to the radiator where it starts the cycle all over again. Radiators can spring leaks from corrosion or other damage. If a radiator becomes damaged, you must replace it immediately.

A replacement radiator needs to be able to provide your Volkswagen with the proper amount of water to keep the engine cool. A cheap aftermarket part may not do the job that you need because it is not optimized for your vehicle. It may not fit as it should. That makes it less effective.
