Do you have a minimum order?

Our minimum order is $99.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are based on your order weight and the shipping method you select during the checkout process.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer ground to 2nd day air shipping via UPS and USPS.

Do you offer rush shipping?

Yes, we offer 2nd day air at an additional cost.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

We typically fill orders within one business day.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on the carrier, your location, and the shipping method you select at checkout.

Will you provide tracking information?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you tracking information via email.

If I pay by credit card, will you charge my card once the item has shipped?

Your card is charged as soon as the order is placed.

If I ordered a part that’s out of stock, when will it ship?

We will give you an estimated time on out of stock parts and ship them as soon as they are in stock again.

Can you ship my order to multiple addresses?

In order to ship to multiple addresses, multiple orders must be placed.

Do you ship to AK, HI, and US territories?

We offer shipping to AK, HI, and US Territory areas, but the times and cost may be extra.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APOs/FPOs?

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, but we can ship to APOs/ FPOs for an additional charge.

Do you ship internationally?

No. Currently, we only ship to the United States, US territories, and APOs/FPOs.

Do you ship hazardous items?

For an additional fee, we can ship certain hazardous parts.

Do you ship oversized parts?

Oversize items and Heavy Weight items, including but not limited to bumper component, body panels, engines, transmissions, etc, require extra shipping charges; an email will be sent to you with additional charges once parts arrive and are ready to ship.

If we have shipped the wrong part, please give us a call at 888-790-5073 to get it corrected so we can send you the right part.

What happens if the part is damaged during shipping?

A claim must first be filed with the carrier that you received the package from. Once the claim is covered, we will ship you a new part.

How can I be sure you’re shipping me parts that will fit my vehicle?

We offer a free parts lookup on our website, but if you still have questions regarding a part, give us a call at 1-888-790-5073 and we can give additional help prior to ordering.

What happens if the part doesn’t fit my vehicle?

If you ordered the wrong part, or it does not fit your vehicle, do not try to install it. Contact us and we will process it as a return and get you the correct part for your vehicle.

What if my address changes before my order ships? Can I change where you send my shipment?

Once you submit an order, it is processed and shipped right away. If you have made an error, please contact us right away so we can try to change the information. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to contact the carrier to change the delivery address.

What if I never receive an order?

If you never received your order, a claim must be filed with the carrier. We will help with this, but it’s up to the carrier to cover the claim. Once it’s covered, we will ship a replacement.

What happens if I refuse the shipment?

If you refuse the shipment, the package will be returned to us. Please call us at 888-790-5073 to let us know if there are any issues regarding your order before refusing the package.
